No Diagnosis or Treatment

Our coaching services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you require medical or mental health support, we encourage you to seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional or go to the nearest Hospital ER.

Personal Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services with United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

No Professional-Client Relationship

Participation in coaching sessions, courses, or interactions with United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or any other professional-client relationship.

Limitation of Liability

United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or any information provided. You agree that you are using our services at your own risk.

2. Indemnification

By using this website, engaging in coaching services, or participating in any related activities, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our services or website.
  • Any violation of this agreement or applicable laws.
  • Any third-party claims resulting from your actions or decisions based on our coaching services.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your choices and actions and agree that United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from your engagement with our services.

3. Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC’s website, coaching services, and related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To engage in our coaching services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

United Inner States of Freedom Inc. is a licensed non-profit coaching provider registered within the Turtle Island Network operating as a corporate sole with HPB-License number  CTIH-20240000586.

All of our services are exclusively provided to registered members only. Therefore, in order to benefit from our services, we kindly ask you to register as a private member for $6 per scheduled program day.

With the purchase of our services and due considerations of $6.00 for a one-day guest pass, you affirm that you have read and agree that you have a Divinely given right of expressive association (trust) to choose any type of healing that you feel is best for your Mind, Body and Spirit. These options include but are not limited to: ALL forms of natural, Indigenous, Monastic or earth-based healing, energy and spiritual healing, whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional or unconventional, as well as allopathic medicine. Turtle Island Healing Centers/ Priories are not open to the public; and all people seeking services are private members only. All member records are the property of TIGP and are kept private.

In addition, you affirm and understand that you agree to be a private member of the TIGP/TIN. You are thus protected by the First, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution as well as the United Nations General Assembly (10 December 1948, Palais de Chaillot, Paris). It is therefore outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal, State, County, and City Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the TIGP Providers and members.

COVENANT: As a member, you agree to be in covenant with the terms of our contracts. You further agree to take any complaint to arbitration through the Turtle Islands’ Ecclesiastical Court. Complaints or cancellation of contracts must be submitted in writing by email to contactus@turtleislandnetwork.org or mailed to Turtle Island Grand Priory, P.O. Box 70, Dry Fork, VA 24549. Contact number is 1-855-765-4325. You attest that you are here solely on your behalf and not as an agent or representative for any Federal, State, County, or City Agencies. Furthermore, you do not represent any Massage Board, Medical Board, Zoning Board, Licensing Board, etc. Neither are you on a mission of entrapment or investigation on behalf of these or any other agencies, either on this or any subsequent visit. Any attempt to take information or matters outside this jurisdiction could result in a fine of up to $5,000.00.

Memorandum of Understanding

You agree to hold harmless the Director(s), Ministers, Healers, Practitioners, Providers, and Coaches, however they are titled, staff and other members of TIGP/TIN from any and all unintentional liability resulting from such care, except for harm that results from instances from a clear and present danger of substantive evil as stated and defined by the US Supreme Court and determined by Turtle Island Ecclesiastical Court

Turtle Island Grand Priory (TIGP) and the Association of Pastoral Monastic Medicine (APMM), is authorized IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAW & ORDER CODES AND, BY RESOLUTION 6-2014-003 (Indigenous & Monastic Health Programs & Healing Centers) approved June 14th, 2014, to train, educate and license Doctors and other Providers of Indigenous and Monastic (natural) medicine from American University of Indigenous Medicine, privately accredited school, credentialing under the following categories: Indigenous, Monastic, Holistic and Dynastic Medicine. These private schools accredit Doctors, Providers, Quantum Health Coaches, Health Coaches and other health professionals to practice and research wellness programs through the four ancient traditions of natural and sacred healing which covers indigenous, monastic, holistic and/or dynastic healing. Turtle Island Grand Priory licensees provide services to members of the Turtle Island Network (TIN), a private expressive association. All private members seen by TIN Providers within the Turtle Island Network (TIN), have chosen to covenant for the subject matter of healing under the oversight of TIGP. TIN was declared and established under Canon Law and purposed to bring Providers together to preserve the orthodoxy of sacred healing. Any jurisdictional claims of any city, county, state or federal agencies or medical boards, etc. et al- are outside their jurisdiction and TIN Providers are “excepted”. TIGP issued licenses authorizes jurisdiction for the TIN Provider, to practice among the membership at large in all 50 states. TIN Providers only service members of TIGP and services are NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Neither Members nor Providers are under the jurisdiction of State medical boards.

CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to any person who enumerated in our Contracts that they may be in violation of our Civil and Constitutional Rights, Title 42, U.S.C 1983 et seq. Title 18, Sec 242, receives a copy of the Contract, and who, acting under the color of law, intentionally interferes with the free exercise of the Rights retained by Turtle Island Grand Priory members under the First, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendment.

All clients will enclose the sum of $6.00/day as consideration for their affiliation and 1-day membership contract. By these presents do hereby certify, attest and warrant that you have carefully read the above and foregoing Turtle Island Application for Affiliate Membership and you fully understand and agree with same.

Coaching Services

  • Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help clients set and achieve personal or professional goals.
  • Results are not guaranteed, and the client is responsible for implementing strategies discussed in sessions.
  • Coaching does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.

Payments & Refund Policy

  • All coaching services must be paid in full before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless specified in a separate service agreement.
  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All materials, courses, and content provided by United Inner States of Freedom Inc. and United Inner States of Freedom LLC are owned by us and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without permission.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right at all times to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion due to, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of these terms.
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Non-payment for services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the rules and regulations and the court of Turtle Island Tribal Network, and resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
